What We Plan Around in Sweden
The Ground Here

Weather Here
About 8 miles inland from Lake Ontario, Sweden/Brockport sees moderate lake effect snow, averaging roughly 95 to 100 inches of snowfall a year.
The Properties We Work On
Most of what we quote in Sweden is Historic 19th century canal village homes mixed with SUNY Brockport student housing and postwar subdivisions.
